Educated at Bandarawela College, Badulla, I live in the second division of Atampitiya. My biggest dream is to contribute to making a difference in the society I represent as a female. When I look at my society, most people in our society face endless problems. Unfortunately, those in authority who are responsible do not pay attention to these issues. I got involved with this photo program at a time when I was looking for a way to highlight these issues in the community. I can use photography to create social consciousness to find progressive and speedy solutions to the various problems facing our society.
